Sales & Delivery Terms
From 2019-01-01, these general sales and delivery terms are in effect.
Date updated: January 1, 2023
Unless otherwise specified in writing, these General Sales and Delivery Terms apply to all sales made by SMARTPARTS NORDIC AB (hence referred to as “us” or “we”) to its clients. The terms and conditions of the customer’s purchase are irrelevant, and by making a purchase from us, the customer is presumed to have agreed to our terms.
The laws of Sweden shall govern these general sales and delivery terms, and the parties hereby consent to the sole jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
You must register your business before you may view any of the information on the website, including prices, stock levels, and other details, or make a purchase. We will get in touch with you following registration to give you a purchase account. We will be able to provide you with competitive prices and payment terms based on your company’s credit rating and buy volume.
PRICES
All prices are shown excluding shipping fees and Sweden’s 25% VAT.
If no further terms are agreed upon, the prices listed on the website are valid.
We retain the right to modify all of our terms and prices without prior notice, for instance in response to modifications from our suppliers, fluctuations in exchange rates, shipping costs, etc., as well as other circumstances outside of our control. The customer will always be alerted if the price changes after the order date, but the price will always be the one in effect on the day of delivery.
Although we make every effort to guarantee that all prices on the website are accurate, mistakes do occasionally happen. We retain the right to cancel any orders that were placed in error and to adjust any wrongly quoted prices.
Any import duties or other taxes that may be due in the nation where the products are being delivered must be disclosed and paid by the consumer.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We disclaim responsibility for any informational or speculative inaccuracies on any of the products. Every image should be seen as an illustration.
There is information on the website for various spare parts and accessories about which items they typically fit with. This is merely a suggestion based on user guides, coffee tables, etc. The fact that these products fit your product is not our responsibility. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, our return policy is always in effect.
PURCHASE INFORMATION
We’ll email your email address a purchase confirmation once you’ve made a purchase.
Please get in touch with us right away by sending a message to the purchase confirmation email if you need to amend or cancel your transaction.
You will receive another email with the shipment details once your order is prepared for delivery and packed. The tracking number provided in the email can be used to follow the delivery.
After an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. It is not possible to cancel “on order products” (Swedish: beställningsvaror) that we have ordered from our supplier and do not currently have in stock.
In the event that a customer’s credit limit is reached or he has past-due debts, deliveries will be automatically suspended.
If we don’t have all the ordered products in stock, we will ship the items we do have and place a backorder for the items that are missing. The delivery of the backorder will be paid by us at SmartParts. This will be sent to you via email. Please include a message with your order if you’d want us to hold off on the delivery until we have all the things you’ve bought. During the ordering procedure, this can be done if you leave a note message in the page of “Delivery choices.”
Every delivery time that is shown has been calculated. If the products are not delivered on schedule, the customer is not entitled to any compensation for either direct or indirect damage.
